Eating Pasta Linked To Weight Loss πŸ™Œ

Ya’ll. We were over here indulging in all the Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson cheating drama when suddenly some breaking news regarding pasta popped up in our inbox! All we can say is that you need to take a TMZ break, and make plans to hit up your nearest Olive Garden or any other Italian restaurant immediately!

A new study from the University of Toronto, found that eating pasta as part of a low-glycemic index (GI) diet results in modest weight loss, compared with a higher-GI diet. MIND. BLOWN. 🀩 

Now of course, this doesn’t mean that you’ll never gain a pound if you devour unlimited bowls of chicken fettuccine alfredo (don’t act like you’ve never done this!). BUT it does mean that eating pasta isn’t a direct path to never fitting into your favorite pair of jeans again. πŸ™ŒπŸ½

Check out the full study details and findings on Web MD. We’re beyond jazzed that pasta’s rep is improving. Low GI foods don’t spike your blood sugar so don’t fret about getting aquanited with a bowl of pasta goodness. Just remember, not all pastas are equal.
