Spa at the St. Regis Hotel: Toronto
The Spa at the St. Regis Hotel sits on the 31st floor. Marriott International took over the Trump International Hotel and Tower and made a few ultra-luxurious updates along the way. Now named the St. Regis this hotel boasts elegance from the moment you walk in.
It has been weeks since I treated myself to a self care day, so I thought it would be nice to do a Spa at the St. Regis Hotel in Toronto.
Walking into the St. Regis I was warmly greeted by the staff and directed to the elevators located to the left of the lobby.
THE SPA AT THE ST. REGIS HOTEL IS WONDERFUL
The Spa at the St. Regis Hotel is a luxurious two-level spa that spans 15,000 square feet with views of the city. St. Regis Spa offers guests a full menu of signature body treatments.
The changing rooms are a little on the smaller side, although they do have all the necessities. Lockers, rain showers and a sauna. After changing out of my clothes I was escorted to the spa lounge where I enjoyed tea and finger snacks while I waited for my massage.

SPA TREATMENTS
The Spa at the St. Regis offers a number of services, with massages, facials, and body treatments being the most popular. A massage will help you get rid of muscle tension and relax. A facial is a deep cleansing of your face, and a body treatment exfoliates and softens the skin.Β I came in for the 60 minute Swedish massage with a hot stone treatment. There are different oil options to choose from and all are great. I settled on the lavender. Did not disappoint.
The saltwater pool is complimentary with your treatment so don’t forget to bring your bathing suit to enjoy.
THE SPA AT THE ST. REGIS HOTEL 2ND LEVEL
While the spa and fitness centre are accessible via the 31st floor, the gym and pool are actually located on the floor above. You need to take another elevator up from the spa to get to them.
The fitness centre is a decent size for a hotel facility. It features state-of-the-art featuring Technogym equipment and a Movement Studio for yoga and Pilates. The floor-to-ceiling windows and mirrors make the fitness centre feel very spacious and the views of the city are wonderful.

I regretted not bringing my running shoes, since this wouldβve been an excellent place for a workout.
The saltwater infinity pool is big enough to swim a few laps if you desired to get your Michael Phelps on. A few lounge chairs are placed around the pool for guests to sit and relax on, and a large hot tub is tucked in the corner.

Next time I’ll book my spa treatment a little earlier in the day so I can workout in the gym first prior to my massage. Then after my massage I will dine at Louix Louis restaurant for lunch, since they close at 2:30pm.

St. Regis hotels are some of the most beautifully decorated, I’m always in awe of how much effort is put into each room and the service they provide.
